1. Qualifications: Have taken Directing I; Currently/Taken Directing II; APO Member
iii. Auditions March 2-4, Location TBA
c. Ryan announces sweatshirt/t shirt
i. In unison with USITT
ii. Deal until Feb. 10: T shirt $10/Hoodie $25/BOTH $28
iii. After Feb. 10: T shirt $12/Hoodie $28/BOTH $35

b. Caitlin discusses Children’s Show
i. Scripts due- Feb. 18 [There will be a folder on the callboard to turn in the scripts or hand to an officer.]
ii. Auditions- March 2 &3 [Location- TBA]
c. Sara announces posting of new point total on callboard
5. New Business
a. Erik explains Concession’s Committee
i. The committee will clean the Monday after a performance closes [strike day] at 5 p.m. There will be 10 points given to those who attend.
ii. There will be a checklist which the member uses to ensure proper care of concession stand. Everyone is to sign this sheet when the concession shift and checklist duties are complete. If any job of the checklist is not performed or is neglected, there may be point deductions for all or individual members of the particular concession shift.
b. Shelina presents check
i. Serta donation for Halloween volunteering is in!!
ii. APO receives- $125;USITT receives- $75
c. Monica tells of scrapbooking
i. This event will probably take place in March.
